Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

We understand that preferences can change, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to exchange the watch you received, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are only applicable for watches that have been delivered by Fashion Hub & Watch Hub only
The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
If you unwrap the poly of the chain and shorten it, the watch will be ineligible for exchange.
For Leather Belt Watches: If there any symptoms of use, it will be ineligible for exchange.

Exchange Request Timeline:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery for orders inside of Dhaka, and 5 days for orders Outside of Dhaka.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process on Facebook, WhatsApp or Call: 01743-724635
Provide your order number, details of the watch you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Confirmation and Return Instructions:
Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive confirmation along with instructions on how to return the original watch.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend Pathao, Redx, SA & Sundarban Courier shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Inspection and Approval:

Upon receiving the returned watch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are any signs of wear or parts of the item are missing

If the watch passes inspection, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Options:

You can choose a different watch of equal or higher value.
If the new watch has a higher value, you will need to cover the additional cost.

Finalizing the Exchange:

The exchange process will be finalized once the new watch is dispatched.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions outlined above are not met. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Refund Policy:

You can exchange the watch subject to exchange policy, we can only refund the money if we fail to deliver you purchased product from Fashion Hub & Watch Hub. No money refund applicable once you received your purchase items.
